Photography of real estate photographer and Listing Photoshoot Owner Wojciech Michal Izydorczyk

Hello and welcome

Hello and welcome to Listing Photoshoot. My name is W. Michal Izydorczyk and I’m a New York City based Real Estate Photographer.

I do the work I do because I love it. I like the industry. I embrace it and the people I meet every day. I like to help agents get awesome, yet realistic photos for their listings. Hopefully, we cross paths soon and together we can make your listing look amazing.

About Me

I’m was born and raised in Poland. After high school I moved to Geneva, Switzerland where I stayed for seven years before moving to New York in 2007. My journey with Real Estate started in 2011 when I become a licensed salesperson and started to work in the Brooklyn. At first, I was taking pictures with my iPhone but I quickly realized that for my listings to stand out I needed something better.

I bought my first DSLR thinking that just the equipment will make my pictures look awesome. It did help a little but the major improvement that I was hoping for was nowhere to be seen. I kept trying though. Over time my pictures were getting better and better. Getting more knowledgeable about angles, lighting, proper techniques, dos and don’ts of Real Estate Photography made my images look good enough for my fellow colleagues to start asking me to use them. That lead me to accept the position of a full-time Real Estate Photographer with my firm in 2015.

From there, the quality of my photography was improving. Shooting close to two thousand Brooklyn apartments per year was an incredible experience and taught me a lot. Especially, how to make a small vacant apartment look inviting and airy.

Over the next few years, I changed firms couple of times giving the real estate “one last shot” but I drifted back to photography and I end up shooting their listings full time too. In between other things happening, my son and daughter were born making me a proud dad. Finally, after four years of working on Real Estate Companies payroll, it was time to let them go so here I am.

If you are interested in working with me, please give me a call or send me an email and we’ll (I’ll) get back to you as soon as we (I) can.
